About Us
Closing the Opportunity Gap in Boston Education

ABLE combines high expectations with personalized attention to prepare students for college success.

ABLE is a Boston-based non-profit organization on a mission to bridge the gap in educational opportunities. Led by a team of passionate young professionals, ABLE recognizes the potential in motivated students from underserved communities who might not qualify for traditional merit-based scholarships or struggle in a typical high school setting.

There is a desperate need for this type of program. We always hope that our students will get aid, but sometimes this does not happen. It’s just another reason why we are so thankful to have ABLE as another option for our students

Hear from Our Students and Mentors!

Let our students and mentors share their inspiring stories and tell you how ABLE is empowering them to lead their own lives. Here, motivated students from underserved communities find a supportive environment that challenges them academically, fosters their social-emotional development, and equips them with the skills and confidence to thrive in college and beyond. Our dedicated mentors provide invaluable guidance and encouragement, building lasting relationships that make a real difference in students' lives.
